Due to the fact that our downstairs neighbors own the building, and have the liquor license for the building, they are the only bartenders we allow at events at Pacific Crest Grand Ballroom. They are able to furnish any and all of your alcoholic choices. Coupling that with our beautiful built-in bar, and we have a winning combination. |

*Any/all opened “outside” bottles of wine or champagne will not be returned
to the Client.
Bartender Fees: $15.00 per hour/per bartender
Bar Minimum: All “non-hosted” events will be charged a $2.00 p/p minimum, based on the final head count.
If, that minimum is not met by the guests, the Client will assume responsibility for the difference.
Additional Info:
All bar service will include appropriate plastic drinking vessels, napkins, straws, etc.
All “hosted” alcohol will have a 17% gratuity automatically added.
