The 7 hours of Event Rental includes:
- 2 hours for set-up
- 4 hours for the event
- 1 hour for clean-up
- Microphone for ceremony and/or the toast at the reception (If using our House Dee Jay)
- 1 hour for your Rehearsal (If your Ceremony is at Pacific Crest)
- Tables (up to 25 guest tables, and 15 banquet tables)
- Chairs (up to 490)
- White Linen Tablecloths (1 per guest table, 2 per banquet tables)
- Candle holders in crystal, brass, silver, or wrought iron
- Centerpieces in glass, silver, or wrought iron
- Up to 4 hours of consultation with one of our Event Planners
- A Pacific Crest Grand Ballroom Event Coordinator, and staff, on the day of your event
- Pacific Crest Grand Ballroom staff to cut and plate your cake
Our Wedding Packages are designed for 7 hours. If you desire a 5 hours for the event portion of your
day, rather than 4 hours, we are able to accommodate that by reducing your set-up time to 1 hour, and
an additional $100.00 charge. No additional hours are available.

Capacity of Pacific Crest Grand Ballroom is 490 people.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card,Discover, and debit cards.
To reserve Pacific Crest Grand Ballroom, 1/3 of the rental price and signing of our contract is required.
We are available for facility tours by appointment only Tuesdays - Saturdays from 1:00 - 9:00 PM.
Tours are 1/2 hour in length, and must be scheduled with one of our Event Planners.
